Activate your Qruiser-account
Before you can log on to Qruiser you must activate your account. A temporary activation code was created when you became a member or changed your email address. The activation code has been sent to the address you stated. If you haven’t received an email or if you need to enquire about anything contact support@qruiser.com.
It can take a couple of minutes before the email with your activation code arrives. If you haven’t received the email within ten minutes it probably depends on one of the following reasons:
- The email with your activation code has been classified as junk mail. This happens a lot when using Hotmail or Yahoo but can happen with any mail program. Check your junk mail box to see if the email has ended up there. If you can’t find the activation code, email support@qruiser.com and tell us the nickname and email address you stated when you joined as a member.
- You filled in your email address incorrectly when you applied for membership. Email support@qruiser.com and tell us your nickname and your correct email address.
